ABSTRACT
The content of optical isomerism is the difficult point of organic chemistry teaching, and so case-based learning (CBL), theoretical-experimental integration teaching method and micro class teaching methods are tried to be used in classroom teaching according to the actual teaching situations. For CBL teaching method, the course is guided by the step of introduction-question-discussion and summary-exten-sions; For theoretical-experimental integration teaching method, combined with the theory class, the two experiments including the determination of optical rotation and organic molecular model are set for the opti-cal isomer content, to enhance the students' understanding of theoretical knowledge through the hands-on operation;For micro class teaching method, the key and difficult points of this chapter are dug out and about 10 minutes of video are recorded by using common video software before class, which are introduced in the classroom or provided to students after class for repeated watching, to deepen the students' understanding of the concept and phenomenon of optical isomers. In brief, it is important to combine various teaching method to improve the classroom instructing effectively and stimulate the students' interest in organic chemistry.

Recent experimental ischemic stroke studies have shown that citicoline can not only have neuroprotective effect,but also play the effect of nerve repair by increasing the number of endothelial progenitor cells in peripheral blood,promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis,and enhancing neuronal plasticity.So far,although the multicenter randomized placebo controlled trials with the largest sample sizethe International Citicoline Trial on Acute Stroke (ICTAS) has obtained a neutral result,the subgroup analyses have shown that citicoline treatment is more effective than placebo of not receiving rtPA thrombolytic therapy,and does not have obvious adverse reaction.Therefore,its application in patients with acute ischemic stroke is reasonable,particularly in those not receiving thrombolytic therapy.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the knowledge of parents on children's drug-use safety in a community in order to provide basis for development of children's drug-use safety education.METHODS:From Jul.to Dec.in 2008,parents who took their children aged from 3 months old to 6 years old to our center to receive child care examination or preventive injections were enrolled.The self-made questionnaire surveys were answered by subjects on the spot.The survey involved subjects' general information,basic knowledge on drug-use safety and main source of the knowledge,etc.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:382 pieces of questionnaire were delivered and 380 pieces of valid questionnaire were returned.The correct rate of parents' answers about drug-use safety was 71.5%.Parents who had higher academic qualifications were superior to those who had lower academic qualifications in respect of correct rate (P
